Urban and Architectural Design

Project-idea for a new neighborhood with individual housing that will be built with funds raised by the foundation "Albanian Roots" for some of the most needy families in the area of Ishëm, Durrës.

It is a neighborhood with priority pedestrian movement where vehicles pass around the perimeter of the residential area to ensure more safety for childrens and reduce environmental pollution as a whole (air, noise) and to make the best use of hilly terrain by realizing more houses.

These are two Tip projects

The houses are designed in two variants 2 + 1 and 3 + 1 to enable the accommodation of families of different sizes. The apartments will have the same architectural exterior elements, but each will have a distinctive facade element like the color of the porch, to make it distinctive.

The planimetry organization is designed to provide comfort with dedicated spaces but also privacy through the separation of the living area from the sleeping areas
