Top floor apartment with luxurious surface, fantastic terrace and balconies with access from any environment.
The organization of the plan (as per the builders' project) is the main disadvantage as it does not allow optimal use of the living area, does not provide privacy (separation of the sleeping area from the living area) and creates areas without natural light.

By carrying out the client's requests not to interfere with the external walls, some moderate changes were made (see them in the comparative plan) but which have given a radical transformation to this apartment.

The new window in the kitchen ceiling has improved lighting even on moonlit nights. The technological fireplace that besides direct heating provides hot water in the radiators in every room. The lighting hidden in the suspended ceilings "in the air" are among the most important qualities of this project.
